Find me directory S.L will supply to the client services selected overleaf.
Clients must be over 18 years of age.
Entry into the find me directory will not commence until payment has been made in full for services and any set up charges for work requested by the client.
Payment for renewal periods will be due on the 1st day of the renewal period as agreed.
Payment for all other services will be as agreed in writing with the client.
After the initial term this agreement will automatically renew on a yearly basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing, subject to terms and prices in effect at that time.
This agreement maybe terminated by either party giving 30 days prior written notice.
Failure to pay any outstanding monies will result in immediate termination of the service.
All content must be supplied within 60 days from start of initial agreement.
All content must be supplied by the customer either via e-mail or on disc.
All correspondence from the client to Find me directory S.L must be in writing or by e-mail; evidence of such must be retained by the client.
The customer shall have the obligation to visit Find me in Menorca website to view the price list for services and amendments, and to make certain they are in full agreement with it.
The customer acknowledges that Find me directory S.L has no control what so ever or any responsibility or liability what so ever as to the accuracy of the content of information passing through its network.
Find me directory S.L will make no effort to validate any information passing through its network for content, correctness, usability or any other reason.
Under no circumstances shall Find me directory S.L its employees, agents or anyone else involved in the creating or supplying of the service, be liable to the customer or any 3rd party, for any claims from the use or inability to use the service, or anything that results from mistakes, emissions, interruptions, deletion of files, loss of data, errors, defects, delays in operations or transmission or any failure of performance, theft, or unauthorised access to Find me in Menorca records, programs or services.
The customer agrees for Find me directory S.L to retain all relevant information supplied by the customer that it deems necessary for use in the future.
Find me directory S.L has an agreement with JC Decaux within various airports in Spain to sell various advertising space within the airports. Find me directory S.L cannot be held responsible for any changes in regulations or procedures that JC Decaux may make.
Clients must be aware that for any airport advertising they must provide their own artwork to us, which we then pass onto the design team at JC Decaux who will then proceed to make the relevant publicity whether it is a poster or a stand. Find me directory and JC Decaux will not be held responsible for any mistakes in spelling or design made by the client. Please note that extra costs for design work and printing may be applied.
Any deposit made to secure a product or a particular price at the time of sale is non-refundable, however it can be used as part payment for another product.
With reference to the Menorca information pack, clients must provide their artwork to us, so that we can issue it to the printers. We will then produce a proof version and it will need to be signed off before we go to print.
Clients who are placing leaflets within the Menorca information pack need to be aware that they need to provide these to us printed and ready to send.
Any amendments to the above Terms & Conditions must be agreed in writing.
The customer is deemed to have agreed to this agreement by signing overleaf.
