Entry into Find Me Business Directory: 345.00€ per year plus VAT An entry into the business directory is 345€ plus VAT = 400.20€ per year, the year runs from the date the paperwork is signed to the following year for example if signed on the 1st July 2008 then the renewal date would be 1st July 2009. The business directory is for all businesses, within this you are given one page, where we place a logo, information about the business, the business address and contact details, a link to your website if you have one, and an image viewer with images if required. (Image viewer not included in price for the business directory) If you do not want an image viewer, we can place 3 or 4 single images on the page included in the price. Entry into Find Me Property Directory: 345.00€ per year plus VAT An entry into the property directory is for property on the island for sale or rental, it is 345€ plus VAT = 400.20€ per year, the year runs from the date the paperwork is signed to the following year for example if signed on the 1st July 2008 then the renewal date would be 1st July 2009. Within the directory you are given one page to put a write up of the property, a link to a website if you have one, and an image viewer of the property for people to look at. (Image viewer is included in the price for the property directory) Amendments to an entry already within directory: 30.00€ per hour plus VAT After the initial entry is completed and accepted any changes are charged per hour, all information must be sent via email or put on a CD and clients need to be advised that it will not be spell checked, the only thing that we will do is to ensure that it is designed well within the page. Aerial Photography: Via Balloon 190.00€ plus VAT for one individual photograph + 30.00€ per photograph for additional images required. Prices may vary depending on the individual case. Quotes will be obtained. Via Pole: 120.00€ plus VAT for one individual photograph + 30.00€ per photograph for additional images required. Prices may vary depending on the individual case. Quotes will be obtained. Text Transfer: to transfer any handwritten document to computer 30.00€ per hour plus VAT Graphic design: 30.00€ per hour plus VAT Flash image viewer: 50.00€ per viewer plus VAT (minimum of 10 photos) If an image viewer is required within the business directory the cost to this is 50€ + VAT. Within the property directory this is already included in the price for the entry for one year. Printing Business cards, t-shirts, leaflets, banners, signs and much much more... get the requirements from the client and we will get a quote... Design work will be included in the quote.
